Orders can only be cancelled if not yet dispatched or delivered. Once delivered returns are not accepted.
Returns Policy
Returns are NOT accepted due to the nature of the product sold. If you have ordered an item which is yet to be dispatched it can be cancelled by contacting us at contact@davidsattic.co.uk or calling us on 07933121516 to receive a full refund.
If your order has been dispatched but not yet delivered you must contact us at contact@davidsattic.co.uk or calling us on 07933121516 and REFUSE the delivery. Once the order is returned to us we will issue a refund MINUS the carriage charge.
